2. Description of Service
VideoToCourse is an AI-powered platform that allows users to convert video recordings (from YouTube, Zoom, and similar sources) into structured micro-courses, complete with transcripts, topic segments, summaries, quiz questions, and interactive exercises.
The Service is provided "as is". While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies and should be reviewed before use in any formal educational context.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service you must sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to:

- Not share your account credentials with others
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. User Content and Video Submissions
When you submit a video URL or upload a recording, you represent and warrant that:
- You own the content or have the legal right to process it
- The content does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party
- The content does not violate any applicable laws or regulations
- You have obtained any necessary consents from individuals appearing or speaking in the recording
You retain ownership of your original content. By submitting content you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you (i.e. generating the course).
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Process content that you do not have the right to use
- Process content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable

6. AI-Generated Content
Course content generated by our AI (including summaries, quiz questions, exercises, and transcripts) is provided for informational and educational purposes only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying AI-generated content before distributing or publishing it.
We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated content.
